Dr Douglas Jones MD, an acclaimed American Board-certified allergist, immunologist and asthma specialist and Director of Immunity Group Australia biotech company, delivered a public lecture in Sydney about his unique approach to treating food adverse reactions. In his talk at the Free From + Allergy Show on 21 October 2023, Dr Jones elaborated upon his pioneering work from a decade ago which led to an internationally recognised program for treating, and potentially “reversing food allergies”. The program combines a microbiome focused health approach and oral immunotherapy, with an astonishing 92% success rate.
Thousands of people have been successfully treated by Dr Jones, including more than 50 Australian families.
